Bistro C

Bistro C is an award winning restaurant and one of the most popular dining destinations in Noosa on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bistro C employs close to 100 staff across their busy kitchen and bustling front of house.

Since 2010, IWS supported the Bistro C team with their Rostering, Time & Attendance and Payroll.

Upon starting their shift, team members clock in via the IWS biometric scanner and have their starting time instantly recorded in the timesheet. At the end of each day, managers simply review the day’s timesheets and click ‘Approve’, giving them an accurate daily labour cost and visibility of any variations between what was rostered and what was actually worked!

Come the end of the week, the IWS team then takes the approved timesheets and manages the entire end to end payroll from applying the award, to the emailing of pay slips, through to payment of each employee’s superannuation.
